Automatedge ("we", "us", "our") builds software systems for healthcare organisations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit our website, book a call, or engage our services.

• Booking data: name, email, phone number, organisation type, website, and your answers to the booking questions.
• Service data: workflow details, system identifiers, measurement records, configuration metadata and support communications.
• Payment/admin (if applicable): invoicing contact, VAT status, transaction references (payments handled by third-party processors).
• Client data, including health data: where we process patient or staff data for a practice or clinic, we do so as that organisation's processor under a Data Processing Agreement. The organisation is the controller, and its own privacy notice explains how that data is used.

Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. 5. Sharing your data (processors & recipients)

We use vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, communications, booking and lead management, authentication, payment) under written contracts and our instructions. We may disclose data to advisers/authorities when legally required, or in connection with corporate transactions.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA/EU SCCs). Copies available on request where legally permissible.

7. Data retention

• Website/analytics logs: up to 24 months.
• Proposal & client records: 6–7 years for tax/audit.
• Data processed for clients: as set out in the Data Processing Agreement with that client.

8. Your rights (UK GDPR)

Request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. Withdraw consent at any time.

We use appropriate technical/organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, environment-scoped secrets). No method is 100% secure; we continually improve safeguards.

Services are for business users and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

11. Third-party sites & integrations

Our site may link to external sites or connect to third-party services (for example clinical record systems, messaging and analytics). Their privacy practices apply when you use them.
