[ APPROACH ]

Measured, labelled, and handed to your team.

We build software for healthcare practices the way a careful practice runs: look before acting, write down how you know, and keep a person accountable for every decision.

[ 01 · MEASURE FIRST ]

We count before we design.

Before any system is designed, we sit with the front-desk team and record the demand the practice actually receives: every call, request and booking, logged and classified under one rule set agreed in advance. That baseline is what the design is built on, and what the result is measured against. We developed this method inside a multi-site general practice group.

[ 02 · EVIDENCE ]

Every figure says how we know it.

A practice should be able to tell a measurement from an estimate at a glance. Every figure we give you carries one of three labels.

01

Measured

Counted by your own team under the agreed rule set. Nothing is inferred from a sample.

02

Reported

What you tell us about your own practice, carried at face value and marked as yours.

03

Projected

Any saving we put a number on stays a projection until your own figures confirm it.

[ 03 · CONTROL ]

A person is in charge of every workflow.

Automation that a practice cannot hand to its team is not finished. Every system we build follows three rules.

01

Human escalation, always

Every workflow has a defined point where a person takes over. Anything unclear goes to a member of staff.

02

The clinician signs

Where a system drafts clinical text, the clinician checks and signs it. Nothing enters the record unreviewed.

03

Inside your systems

We work around the clinical system and permissions you already control. No shadow copies of the record.

[ 04 · DATA AND REGULATION ]

Patient data is handled as health data.

We handle personal and health data under UK GDPR, collect only what a workflow needs, and agree where data is stored before anything is built. Where a system touches clinical work, we assess medical device regulation for that build before it is used with patients.

[ 05 · PRICING ]

Fixed sums, scoped from the measurement.

Each build is priced as a fixed sum once the measurement shows what it needs to do. There are no day rates. You see the measurement before you see a quote, and you decide whether to build.

Start with the audit. The build follows the measurement.
